The actual business of White Mountain Radiology is fine, the providers are fine. But they seriously need to get a different billing service. Their billing is so dishonest, so lacking in integrity and intelligence. A procedure got double billed to the insurance. One claim was denied, the other was paid, and since the deductible was met, nothing was owed by us, the patient. But WMR's dishonesty couldn't let that go, they have been harassing us for payment on the invalid duplicate claim, ALSO trying to say that the deductible has not been met. It says right on the EOB that nothing more was owed toward the deductible. Do the billing employees not know how to read an EOB? It's pretty easy to figure out, yet, they haven't been able to figure it out. They will send us to collections soon. WMR, you better get this fixed because if this goes into the court room, not only will you lose, but you will owe us money for court and attorney costs. Even the CS reps at our insurance were shaking their heads over WMR's blatant stupidity over something that is very easy to understand. You are welcome to contact me for more info.
