I called for 3 weeks before my scheduled surgery for DOUBLE KNEE replacement for a scheduled pain management appointment at the hospital. Never got a call back, never saw anyone at the hospital and then when I was released from the hospital and home, the nurse that I spoke with had the audacity to be offended that I accepted pain medication from MY SURGEON to regulate my pain. and offended that I terminated my contract with pain management since they did not find it necessary to contact me when I requested an appointment for pain management.
