I left this practice bc of the Cleveland office. The office manager is so condescending. She asked me why I have an annual exam bc it irritates her when people get an abnormal result and doesn't do anything about it. She then tries to tell me if I don't do a procedure I may have to have a hysterectomy. I may have to have repeated paps and procedures for years. That there was going to be a lot more involved and costs. Well apparently she don't know you only one hysterectomy and mine was 20 years ago. I had spoke with the Dr and she was going to f/u in a month to see if I was able to pay for it. That all this is documented in my chart.

The office mg then offers it for free! I have insurance that will pay towards the procedure making the program she was offering not an option for me. When asked why I was not told about the program she blamed the athens office saying they didn't know about it. Again she was incorrect bc I has spoken to the Cleveland office. The program also cuts their charges drastically. Reducing the profits as its based on Medicare payout

East TN women's center has went to hell. The staff in Athens is still great. Sadly the staff from life circle running it now has ruined the practice.
