Dr. Terchek truly cares about her patients & takes her time with each one. It's not really her fault that the wait time is so long because she doesn't have a very good support system & as I have experienced she does way too much on her own. Some of the staff do care but they aren't on the same page or at least definitely not when it comes to helping Dr. Terchek. I'm going to be very honest here, if you have hours to wait & are willing to deal with some staff issues at least you'll end up with a doctor who has your back. I keep praying for everyone there to have compassion & understanding for the patients as individuals since they too may be dealing with things too & it's hard to get to know anyone because there's so much turn around. The one still standing after all it all, who's closing up by herself with the last of her patients is Dr. Terchek. I know for a fact because when I have my appointments I'm usually the only other one with her in the now mostly dark closed office. It's become routine that she has to unlock the door to let me out & lock herself back in then finish up totally alone as she always does & I've spoken to other patients who told me they were the "other" last people in the office so there's always one of us who close with her with no one else there. I've never seen anyone more dedicated to her patients & her job.
