Dr. Lindner received his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Kentucky and his degree in medicine from the University of Louisville, completing his general surgery internship and orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He was named Administrative Chief Resident in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery, and was honored with the K. Armand Fischer Award and the Gerhard Kuntscher Award. He served as a major and a staff orthopedic surgeon in the U.S. Air Force Medical Corps, and was awarded the Preceptor of the Year for the Physician’s Assistant Phase II training while stationed at Scott AFB in Illinois. He has written a publication on Autogenous Corticocancellous Bone Grafting.
