I called Mr. Patel, Moenil's in waldorf md office on Tuesday morning to request a video visit. The appointment was made my the receptionist I guess. I explained that my wifi is intermittent to the receptionist. She is awful because I was having wifi issues she stated what Patel would not do which was call in a prescription for me his patient for a emergency situation to a the pharmacy. She has the worst customer service and communications skills i have ever seen Do not go to this nurse practitioners office. And apparently he agreed with her lack of skills because he stated he would not see me by video (because the connection was intermittent) I had to come into the office we are still in the mist of a pandemic and he could not figure out a contingency plan during a pandemic.
