I consulted him regarding hearing loss. After over half an hour wait, he barely spent five minutes. He heard my complaint and had a brief look in my ear, immediately recommending surgery. He said he had performed this thousands of times since this is a very common condition. That was the only visit I had with him and along with the office visit fee, I got billed close to $400 for some procedure that was neither performed nor covered by insurance.
