My experience with WUA is very poor. From being taken 35 min late to the Dr failing to call me for my scheduled tele-health call. Four days after my scheduled appointment and my attempt to get the Dr to call me to review results of a CT scan, I never was contacted. I had blood work and other tests and still have zero results. The staff I had contact with would contradict one another in their information. One said I will call you in the next hour with your CT appointment, when no call came in three days I called and was told by another staff member the timeframe does take days.
I would avoid this practice if at all possible.
