Overview of Insight into Action Therapy

Insight Into Action Therapy is an outpatient practice based in Ashburn and Fairfax, Virginia, providing services for Mental Health Therapy, Addictive Behaviors Therapy, Couple and Relationship Therapy, and Children’s Play Therapy for residents of the Washington D.C. metro area. We also provide psychological evaluations and medication monitoring for individuals, couples and families.
