I arrived for my appointment with Dr. Reddy on time. Due to Covid procedures I was told to wait to be called up. I texted that I arrived. Received a text if I had a temperature of 99.5 or greater. No response. A few minutes later I text asking if I should come up. A received a text AGAIN asking about my temp, then respiratory symptoms, and then told to come up.... to the 11th floor. They take my temp and WHILE COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION FORMS I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO RESCHEDULE BECAUSE I WAS PAST MY SCHEDULED TIME!!!!???? I WAS THERE, IN THE OFFICE! I HAVE A PARKING TICKET RECEIPT DOCUMENTING I WAS ON TIME. The front staff emailed back advising of such but Dr. Reddy refused to see me. How arrogant of her and disrespectful of my time. Why would I reschedule with someone like that? My time is valuable too and I will not be wasting it with her.
