I was asked to wait 3 weeks to make a Speech Therapy appointment for my husband. When I called back to make the appointment the clerk kept saying that I did not have a referral in the system. I repeated that I had a paper referral and asked if that would suffice. She said that I was yelling at her and hung up. When I called back I was told that they do not accept my insurance. I contacted this group against my better judgement. I had similar problems when I went there for physical therapy.
