I waited 3 hours to be seen. The nurse told me she called my name twice but I was in the restroom only a short time. However, she kept calling patients AFTER mine. My apt was at 9:30 and the doctor himself was shocked that he had seen patients who were scheduled at 1PM. Yes I was extremely disappointed and the nurse had the nerve to ask me "Why are you huffing and puffing? I called your name twice." I told her that was rude and she told me.."It's ok, you're done".
WTH!!
