They will tell you that they contract with your insurance but assign a non contracting physician. This will result in you having to pay for the anesthesiologist out of pocket since the non contracting deductible is generally not paid yet. This results in a much higher cost than it should be. They can assign anyone the day of the surgery and you have no way of knowing up front if they have assigned someone who contracts with your insurance. They are dishonest and do not apologize for the practice.
