I have reached out and no one fills the need to talk with me. Poor nursing care has upset me I have been a nurse since1984. No head to toe assement done dont know pt has shingles for over 9 days rude treatment of pt when bm gets on dressing they come in take off and tell pt to put underwear back on no new dressing. You give a site and unable to reach it.i must say I have not been as afraid for a pt as I am now
