What is Medicare?
Medicare is federal health insurance available for eligible individuals age 65 and over (or) individuals under 65 with certain disabilities or medical conditions, such as End-Stage Renal Disease. Medicare has different parts (referred to as Parts A, B, C and D) designed to address your healthcare needs.
Eligibility for Medicare
You are generally entitled to Medicare if you meet any of the following criteria:
You are age 65 or above.
You already receive Social Security or Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) benefits.
You have been diagnosed with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS, “Lou Gehrig’s disease”).
My parents have used this for years and constantly are amazed at the amazing benefits
Too expensive when there are insurances out there that do the same and are less expensive
