Our Mission
Our vision is to re-engineer the system and our values drive everything we do. As we embark on this journey to not just fix this broken system, but actually build an insurance company that members feel good about. We’re going to get there with a focus on:

Excellence: Innovation Health works with providers to help ensure patients receive the right care at the right place at the right time.
Collaboration: Through our unique partnership we are collaborating across traditional boundaries to help improve the overall health experience.
Innovation: The existence of Innovation Health is proof of our innovative spirit given it is the result of a unique partnership.
Affordability: Our goal is to work together to drive efficiency while maintaining high quality care, so that savings can be passed along to you and your employees.
Accountability: We work together to monitor quality and efficiency metrics and then develop solutions to improve them.

Patient Experience (HCHAPS) data from Medicare

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), along with the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), developed the HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) Survey, also known as Hospital CAHPS®, to provide a standardized survey instrument and data collection methodology for measuring patients' perspectives on hospital care. CMS cleans, adjusts and analyzes the data, then publicly reports the results. The HCAHPS survey is administered to a random sample of adult patients across medical conditions between 48 hours and 6 weeks after discharge; the survey isn't restricted to Medicare beneficiaries. Hospital Compare currently reports results for the categories listed below.
