Overview of Care More Health Plan

Our gold standard is to provide care that we would want to give to our own loved ones. That’s the difference we want to make in the lives of those we care for—that our patients would have the assurance that they are in good hands and will receive the right care, which also gives profound peace of mind to them and their families.

We take more time to truly get to know those we care for, because caring takes time. A visit to the doctor shouldn’t feel rushed. Each patient has a unique story that encompasses far more than what’s in the medical chart. We take the time to better know our patients so we can make a bigger difference in their health.

Patient Experience (HCHAPS) data from Medicare

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), along with the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), developed the HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) Survey, also known as Hospital CAHPS®, to provide a standardized survey instrument and data collection methodology for measuring patients' perspectives on hospital care. CMS cleans, adjusts and analyzes the data, then publicly reports the results. The HCAHPS survey is administered to a random sample of adult patients across medical conditions between 48 hours and 6 weeks after discharge; the survey isn't restricted to Medicare beneficiaries. Hospital Compare currently reports results for the categories listed below.
