Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited is a joint venture between Bajaj Finserv Limited (recently demerged from Bajaj Auto Limited) and Allianz SE. Both enjoy a reputation of expertise, stability and strength.
Bajaj Allianz received the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) certificate of Registration on 2nd May, 2001 to conduct various businesses (including Health Insurance business) in India. The Company has an authorized and paid up capital of Rs 110 crores. Bajaj Finserv Limited holds 74% and the remaining 26% is held by Allianz, SE.
As on 31st March 2018, Bajaj Allianz continues to be one of the most financially robust insurers in the industry by maintaining its growth as well as profitability. The company has made a profit before tax of Rs.1,353 crore and emerged as the most profitable insurer recording a profit after tax of Rs. 921 crore. The company reported a GWP of Rs. 9,487 crore, which has grown by 23.41% compared to the last fiscal year.
I have taken the health insurance from BAJAJ ALLIANZ GENERAL INSURANCE. The premium amount is 835 for 18 months. I have to renew the policy after 18 months. Its a 2 lakhs policy. I have not done any claim with Bajaj. They provide cashless facility.

Bajaj Health Insurance service is good. The payment is payed through online which was a smooth process. The benefits is for the whole family,but still I have not claimed any service from Bajaj Health Insurance service. It was totally a good experience with Bajaj Health Insurance service.

With my personal experience, If anybody having bajaj allianz health insurance policy, as soon as please withdraw the amount. Don't pay any further premium. Every month they have deducted some amount from our principle amount as administration charge, service charge etc., Finally we will get "ZERO" amount. If anybody having doubt regarding this, please go through your policy statement. Worst performance of customer service, response.
The company cheating the money from their customers. Please ask your friends & relatives to withdraw the money(ie., premium amount paid) as quick as possible.

Please don't take insurance from bajaj Allianz! They have the worst and very rude customer service representatives who are not even courteous and patient. I spoke to a lady called Karthika and she was loud and rude. And mainly my claim is unsettled from two years! Tired of their stories! I have personally sent all the requested documents and they have still not processed my claim. They said everything was ready and the claim will be settled as soon as I pay the deductible but after paying the deductible I not even receive an acknowledgment. Now they say my documents are still pending. It's just ridiculous! Save urself some bucks and don't take bajaj Allianz insurance

Last month I bought Health insurance with Bajaj Allianz, I am an ex employee of Bajaj, hence I know their the benefit of policy. I paid the premium of Rs.9430 its covers my entire family, me, spouse and child it has the medical cover of Rs. 30 lakhs, they have good network of hospitals. I could download the E card for the cash less treatment.

I do hold a health insurance policy with BAJAJ ALLIANZ GENERAL INSURANCE. This policy was taken from my office and it covers my whole family. As i think it was a corporate policy i could able to claim that amount for my wife's hospital purpose. They claimed 50000 which directly paid to the hospital.

I have taken a Mediclaim plan with Bajaj. I have had a good claim experience with them. They gave the amount pretty easily. Even in case of my relatives experience Bajaj readily payed about Rs.75000 for the treatment. The number of network hospital in it are pretty good.
