Banner Hospital Endocrinology Department has acted against all medical and moral ethics that is possible. This is Banner Endocrinology in Maricopa County, Arizona. The reasons are unknown even after multiple request but it is systemic. It is serious and it is jeopardizing the health of patients. Their behavior breaches all medical codes of ethics of the Arizona Medical Association and the AMA moral codes of ethics causing serious health risks to patients. Banner Hospital needs to be held accountable for the actions.
All facts have been documented along all damages. A complaint is currently being filed with the BFCC-QIO and if necessary other State and Federal compliant agencies. Please do not make an appointment with Banner Hospital’s Endocrinology Department. I am not sure how but it is corrupted. Appointments are canceled at the last minute for no reason after waiting months for the appointment even if it is verified with a manager weeks before the appointment. (Not Inclusive)
