This adult neurologist received his BS degree from the University of Notre Dame. Following this he attended Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago and received his MD degree in 1973. Post graduate training in medicine and neurology was completed at Loyola University and Northwestern University and he obtained board certification in Neurology in 1980. He then accepted a faculty appointment in the Department of Neurology at Loyola University and over the next 5 years was head of the residency training program and was a clinical assistant professor. After this he briefly practiced neurology in suburban Chicago but then relocated to Arizona in 1987. He has been practicing general neurology is in the Northwest Valley since then mainly in the Sun Cities.
