Dr. Kowalski has practiced neurology for over 20 years and served proudly with the US Air Force before entering private practice in the West Valley. The Consumers Research Council of America has repeatedly named Dr. Kowalski as one of Americas “Top Physicians” in both the state of Virgina as well as Arizona.
Fellowship trained in Clinical Neurophysiology and Board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology, Dr. Kowalski treats all aspects of neurologic disease. This includes headaches, seizures, neuropathy, memory disorders, Parkinson’s Disease, and other neurologic conditions.
Born and raised in Albany New York, Dr. Kowalski was a National Merit Scholar and was accepted into a very competitive six-year college / medical school program. He attended Union College as well as Albany Medical School in Albany New York. From there he went on to complete his residency training from 1992 – 1995 in neurology as well as his fellowship training from 1995 – 1996 in neurophysiology.
