He diagnosed me,scanned,but it still didn't comply with what was examined,he seems rushed up or something

My concern is he never examined my hand just diagnosed from a distance. Upon follow up I was seen for exactly 7 min at which point I was discharged but the problem with the hand was not fixed, my insurance was charged for 2 visits but nothing was improved. He is a nice person but seems rushed.
