The Top Five Beauty Boosting Foods to Support Skin Health

Try making your own DIY moisturizer using coconut oil and a few drops of pure-grade lavender essential oil to keep your skin hydrated all winter.

#3 Wild-Caught Salmon: The omega-3 fatty acids content in wild-caught salmon is what makes this the ideal option for skin health. Omega-3’s can help reduce inflammation, combat wrinkles, and keep skin looking hydrated. Salmon is an excellent beauty food as it is also really great for supporting healthy hair.

#4 Grapefruit: If you like grapefruits, you’re in luck! This citrus fruit is an excellent option for keeping your body hydrated. Grapefruits are also rich in antioxidants which can help fight the look of aging skin. Adding grapefruit as part of a healthy diet is the ideal way to help support skin health.

#5 Walnuts: Walnuts contain omega-3 fatty acids which we know play an important role in skin health. Walnuts are also rich in vitamin E which can help support soft and healthy-looking skin.
