Cancer is 2nd most common cause of death globally. According to WHO 1 out 6 deaths worldwide is from cancer and 30%-50% of cancers could be prevented by adopting a healthy lifestyle.
Obesity and overweight have been related to increased risk of Breast, colon, kidney cancer. Maintain a healthy weight at all ages by getting regular physical activity and eating healthy.
Fruits, vegetables and Water
Maintain a healthy weight and be physically active. Base your diet on fruits, vegetables, and other whole grains and beans. Drinking plenty of water and other liquids may reduce the risk of bladder cancer by diluting the concentration of cancer-causing agents in the urine.
Stop Tobacco and Limit Alcohol
Avoid all forms of tobacco as it increases risk of most cancers. Limit alcohol intake to no more than 2 drinks per day for men and 1 drink per day for women to reduce risk of cancer.

Moderate exercise such as brisk walking 2 hours a week cuts risk of breast cancer by 18%. According to the American Cancer Society notes, being overweight or obese accounts for 20% of all cancer deaths among women and 14% among men. Adopt a 30 minutes daily exercise routine inclusive of a combination of moderate and vigorous physical activity.

Use your cell phone, music players only for short intervals, or use a hands-free device that keeps the phone—and the radio frequency energy it emits—away from your head.
Block with Sunscreen
Choosing your outdoor cream wisely may help protect against skin cancer. Choosing a natural Sunscreen that is gentle on the skin but effective against Ultraviolet rays is most important.
Caffeinate every day
2-cup-a-day coffee habit reduces risks of oral and throat cancer. Researches show that coffee is a more potent protector against these cancers than tea.
