Martin County Hospital District (MCHD) is a small, rural hospital located in the heart of West Texas. The inception of Martin County Hospital District was in 1949. We have provided excellent healthcare to both rural and urban areas throughout the years. In May of 2012, Martin County Hospital District opened its doors to a new facility at 600 E Interstate 20. MCHD is a critical access hospital with a 24/7 Emergency Department. We have a Family Practice Clinic with five providers available and new patient availability.
The mission of Martin County Hospital District is to set a new standard of excellence for medical care in our service area. By combining expert knowledge of our staff in their respective fields with compassionate care, we will strive to be the number one provider of primary care.
