Went to emergency and was pleasantly greeted. Dr. Brooks has an incredible bedside manner. She was observant an listened to what I needed to say with encouragement and empathy. I am not usually overly pleased with medical experiences, however all six people I came in contact with were very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this facility.
