The hospital recently earned the Gold Seal of Approval from The Joint Commission for Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO) for its compliance with national quality and patient safety standards. In addition, the Mercy Cancer Center at Mercy Hospital Ada has earned accreditation from the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer (CoC), which recognizes the center for improving the survival and quality of life for cancer patients.
