Established in 1913, Alice Hyde Medical Center provides high-quality, low-cost health care to the more than 55,000 residents of the North Country. The Medical Center consists of a 76-bed acute care facility, a 135-bed long-term care facility, and a 30-bed assisted living facility. Alice Hyde also has a walk-in clinic, and a robust primary care practice, which includes offices on the Malone campus, as well as four family health centers which bring primary and preventive services into the community.
