Albany Med is northeastern New York’s only academic health sciences center and is one of the largest private employers in the Capital Region.
It incorporates the 766-bed Albany Medical Center Hospital, which offers the widest range of medical and surgical services in the region, and the Albany Medical College, which trains the next generation of doctors, scientists and other healthcare professionals, and which also includes a biomedical research enterprise and the region’s largest physicians practice with more than 450 doctors. Albany Med works with dozens of community partners to improve the region’s health and quality of life.

After the the care I received from this hospital and its staff, I wouldn't even send my mother here...and she's been dead for 20 years.
You can be half dead by the time the nurses ever get around to answering your call. You get admitted for a surgery, but they put it off long enough for you to get an infection and not be eligible for the surgery, them keep you in bed for 2 weeks until your body atrophied then they decide to send you home with no aftercare and you can no longer walk.
Albany med and its sister hospital, Saratoga Hospital are the places to be....if you want to be unalive.
