Columbus Community Hospital (CCH) is a community-owned, not-for-profit hospital, located on 60 acres in the northwest part of Columbus, Nebraska. CCH is led by a local board of directors and the hospital has a staff that includes a president/CEO, four vice presidents, a medical staff of nearly 50 active members and more than 740 employees. The hospital is also supported by more than 230 volunteers. Columbus Community Hospital is a 47-bed acute care facility that is certified for swing beds, with four skilled nursing beds and 14 ambulatory outpatient beds. CCH’s Healthpark Medical Office Building currently houses a visiting physicians’ clinic and the CCH laboratory, along with Columbus Otolaryngology Clinic, Columbus Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic, and Columbus General Surgery.
