My mother was brought in unresponsive and the medical staff took care of her. She unfortunately passed away but the staff was compassionate and informative the whole time. There was a ICU physycian, Dr M (can't remember the whole name), who was kind and honest about her prognosis. His words make our decisions easier.

Doctor botched same-day surgery. The recovery room hustled me out while still very groggy, no care shown at all. The bum's rush!!
