Doctors and nurses couldn't care less
Services Used: Emergency Room
Nurses and doctors are all crabby, seriously should not be working in patient care. No patience, no understanding, very little actual respect. Absolutely zero patient-centered approach skills; they're rather make all the decisions for the patient instead of with the patient. I felt very out of the loop during the entire time being there.
