My biggest concern was their billing. No understood some of the charges I had. After being on a payment plan for a year, paying monthly, I received a threatening letter stating it was my last warning before it went to collections!!! And I paid EVERY month! After calling, I was told the hospital didn't tell them about the payment plan??? Seriously?? I wasn't the one who set the amount! They are just figuring this out after I've been faithfully paying for a FULL YEAR!!! Someone needs more training!
