Crawford County Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital located in Denison, Iowa. Opened to the public in 1951, Crawford County Memorial Hospital has undergone many transformations during the last 70 years. The biggest transformation to date was the construction of a beautiful, state-of-the-art replacement facility located at 100 Medical Parkway in Denison. The Crawford County Memorial Hospital replacement facility opened to the public in June 2011.
Crawford County Memorial Hospital and Crawford County Memorial Hospital Medical Clinics offers a wide range of inpatient, outpatient and diagnostic services. Crawford County Memorial Hospital Medical Clinics feature three family practice physicians and five advanced family medicine practitioners, as well as in-house specialists in OB-GYN, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, and Allergy Testing and Treatment, and Child, Adult and Family Counseling Services. CCMH directs the Crawford County EMS and Ambulance Services and employs four emergency room physicians. CCMH is certified as a Level IV Trauma Center in Iowa.
