MidState Medical Center, a 156-bed acute-care hospital, has been serving the communities of central Connecticut since 1998. The only hospital in the state to offer all private rooms, MidState has a long-standing reputation for high quality care and high patient satisfaction.

MidState offers a complete range of services including general and minimally invasive surgery, emergency medicine and urgent care, weight management, and state-of-the-art care dedicated to oncology, wound care and hyperbaric medicine , family birthing and maternal fetal medicine, sleep care, digestive health, pain management, neurosciences and cardiac care. Its satellite offices located in Meriden, Cheshire and Wallingford help bring more accessible outpatient care to those it serves. MidState is proud to boast over 1,200 employees and 350 affiliated physicians and is a member of Hartford HealthCare, Connecticut's largest healthcare system.
