Overview of Valley View Hospital Association

Valley View Hospital was built in 1955 with funds raised by the residents of Glenwood Springs and the surrounding communities. Federal funds dedicated to building rural hospitals matched the funds raised. They designation as a Level III Trauma Center, Advanced Cardiac Catheterization Laboratories at our Heart and Vascular Center, and multidisciplinary Calaway·Young Cancer Center means our local patients no longer have to travel long distances for advanced treatment options.
