cean Surgery Center is a state-of-the-art, multispecialty outpatient surgery center credentialed by the State of California and CMS (Medicare) since 2006.
The surgery center’s seeds were sown in the 1980s when Dr. Sherif Khattab, OSC’s then-to-be Medical Director, moved to Los Angeles to run the Burn Unit for LA County. After two decades of serving patients from a South Bay practice, the surgery center was both a natural and forward-looking expansion, allowing the team to broaden its healing roles.
Today, OSC’s surgical roster spans multiple medical specialties: ENT, general surgery, gynecology, orthopedics, plastic and reconstructive, podiatry, urology and more.
