Overview of Montclair Hospital Medical Center

Montclair Hospital Medical Center is a 102-bed, not for profit, acute-care community hospital, and member of the Prime Healthcare Foundation, a 501(c)3 public charity.

Our team of highly qualified medical professionals are committed to providing an outstanding patient experience in a nurturing environment, with a wide range of healthcare services to the Inland Empire area.
Montclair Hospital Medical Center was originally founded by a group of community physicians in 1973. The facility was later purchased by National Medical Enterprises. In August of 1994, Pacific Physicians Services, Inc. of Redlands, assumed ownership. In February 1996, ownership changed hands again when MedPartners of Birmingham, Alabama, a nationwide leader in the provision of physician-directed and patient-centered healthcare, purchased the entire PPS network. The facility changed ownership in January 2001 to AHMC, Inc.

The last time our facility changed ownership was in July 2006 to its current operator Prime Healthcare Services. In 2010 Montclair Hospital Medical Center was donated to the Prime Healthcare Services Foundation, and became a not-for-profit organization.
