You'll be lucky if you survive this hospital! The customer service is atrocious and care is negligent. My 94 year old father was admitted to this hospital for a UTI and septic shock. He was treated with IV antibiotics, and completed his time in the Transitional Care Unit. He was released with the Central line STILL IN HIS NECK. This is huge negligence on behalf of the the hospital. When I contacted them they told me he 'refused' to have the central line taken out. Whether he said that or not, I have his power of attorney for heath care and I should have been contacted. They told me they would send their home health nurse over two days ago to remove the central line. Two days later, this still have not happened. The absolute negligence, incompetence and lack of care and compassion is astonishing.
