Evergreen Medical Center is a 44 bed general acute care hospital located in Evergreen, AL and Conecuh County, which is centrally located between Montgomery and Mobile. In addition to inpatient services, EMC also offers a completely renovated outpatient diagnostic center, Outpatient Surgery, Evergreen Primary Care- a Rural Health Clinic, EMC Health and Wellness Center, and a Home Health agency all serving Evergreen as well as her surrounding communities.

EMC has been recognized by Thompson Reuters as one of their Top 100 Hospitals and Modern Healthcare Magazine as a “Most Wired” hospital both of which are national recognitions and high honors in the health care industry.
