Mostly it was good. Staff was good and cleanliness was appreciable. Waiting time for everything from registration to consultation to procedure to report analysis was a bit on higher end but that is majorly because of large number of people showing up.

Bad staff service.
Bad cleaning services, even Sulabh complex is clean that metro hospital toilets.
No proper response.
No escalation matrix,
Even doctors are less experienced.
Government hospitals is far better than this hospital.
