Very professional; although I arrived early, the hospital was proactive to initiate the requires tests and have results ready for the doctor to review. Much appreciated. Because of this, I could complete a range of tests and referrals all in one day.

Surgery nurses where the absolute worse. I was actually assaulted by one of them. After surgery and a platelet transfusion I requested for 3 hours for them to check my babies platelet count and they wouldn't. I was told if she needed it the doctor would request it. I explained why they needed to check it. When they finally did they found out they were way too high and my baby was critical.

If there was a negative rating, I would have given that. Stay away from this hospital if you don’t want to loose your loved one. Dr Rajarshi Sengupta under whom my Mother was admitted in critical condition did not find time to meet patient party in 5 days. He didn’t bother to explain what has happened to my Mother who deteriorated under Dr Rajarshi. Pathetic hospital, rude, arrogant, inhuman people. The only thing they are good at is extracting money !!!!!!

This was my first experience with this hospital for my back pain with DR Vikas mehara who is director of Orthopaedic.At first sight I felt like I was at good place where only treatment matter but later its started with UN usual test HLA B27 which was waste of hard earned money because I know that its not required for me.And my day ends with another waste of money prescribed by one of junior doctor it was usual pain killer named DISPERZYME/MIOFREE cost me for 800 bucks(ZYDUS it can be available at 10 Rupees only same composition) So please don't even look for this hospital if you really concern about treatment as well money.

Very expensive hospital with average facilities. Doctors and other staff is very unprofessional. The only plus points are that it remain open 24hrs and have wide range of facilities.
There are other better hospitals in Mohali as compare to IVY will not recommend to visit IVY until its an emergency.
