The treating doctor Mr Ashwani Singhal seems focused on OPD fees and entering the data into the system (computer) rather than checking the babies properly.
It was very shoking for me that when I visited on 27-02-2024 for follow up checkup then the Dr didn't even touch my child ( can be checked in CCTV). Initially we visited on 24-02-2024 then firstly they charged 600/- then 1000 when I stated about priority but no priority was given by them.
Neither he examined my 6 months old child with sthetescope nor he examined his throat because he was having extreme coughing , nose congestion and fever with chest congestion which was found on very next day morning (28-02-2024) when he got admitted in emergency in another hospital due to extreme coughing,fast breathing, fast respiration and high fever.
The above situation could be avoided if the Dr Ashwani Singhal can check my child properly at that day but he was busy in money matters and priority cases actually with higher fees.
Anything could be happened to my child but it was god Grace we admitted him in another hospital because he needs injectables due to his critical condition.
I need a response from your side that why this was happened and ensure this should not happened again with anyone else.
