Caring Doctors with well informed team and able to administer the latest treatments. They had ultrasound and xray in house so it made for a one stop visit.

Very professional; although I arrived early, the clinic was proactive to initiate the requires tests and have results ready for the doctor to review. Much appreciated. Because of this, I could complete a range of tests and referrals all in one day.

Nurse asks many questions about the case to the patient. Not sure why it is necessary since patient has to repeat everything to the doctor anyway.

They should work on appointments rather than first come first serve. Can have timeslots for scans and consultation separately so that either category patients need not wait. The average wait time after first come first serve is 1-1:30 min. Doctor is great , methodology for diagnosis is perfect. Will recommend doctor for perfect analysis of any problem you may have.

due to pain in my arm and general feeling of unwell following recent surgery on it. Whilst I was in the waiting room i began experiencing sever right sided abdominal pain. My bloods showed high white blood cell count. I made the doctor aware, however as it was not the problem i entered with he was unsure what to do, but as he could see i was in a lot of pain he said to wait in the waiting room and he would run some more tests. Whilst getting a new sling for my arm i was in agony in the abdomen and told the nurse doing the sling - who said the doctor had gone home, and i was discharged! I would have to go back to the beginning despite having been there for 4 hours! I started crying as i was in so much pain and distress.

Everything was excellent in this hospital. Service and treatment was also very good in this hospital. Cleanliness and hygiene was excellent in this hospital. Facilities are good and charges are reasonable in this hospital. I am satisfied with this hospital.
