Hospital is very clean and tidy. Hospital staff also very friendly and helpful when we are in directionless. Needs to improve pharmacy section even though your token number came first they give medicines to later patient/customer.

Please allow me to admit that ordinarily, I am a very poor patient. My surgeon did an excellent job after which I was dispatched into the capable hands of the nursing staff in recovery. I was very surprised when my family came to me up, I was told that my wife had an accident and was in the hospital Emergency Department.

I have been listening to my grandmother since childhood. Whenever someone around us becomes worse, then my grandfather always advises to go to AIIMS hospital. And in AIIMS too many times in hospital is a very big hospital. And there is every facility available and every kind of treatment is possible in AIIMS hospital

Hii guys Now I am sharing experience about AIIMS . There infrastructure is good. But their medical care is very bad. Very bad service provided by AIIMS. Few years ago my grandmother admitted this hospital for operating stone operation . Their doctor did careless while endoscopy and my grandmother had injured in abdominal. My grandmother had starting so much pain in abdominal because of their doctor's careless. This operation was not successful. their doctors did not say anything about operating. They gave another date for operating this after recovery this injury. Medical care is very bad. They did not treat well. Their staff attitude is not so good. Very dirty and not maintain well clean.

During last month my uncle was highly injured in an accident. and he immediately admitted to the hospital. the infrastructure of the hospital is very good as the bed sheets of the hospital is cleaned and the rooms are also good. the building of the hospital is big and amazing, the rooms are large.The staff attitude of the hospital is very good as the workers and the doctors of the hospital should treat you in a well manner and solve your every problem.the medical care of the hospital is also good as the doctor check the patient on daily basis
