They should work on appointments rather than first come first serve. Can have timeslots for scans and consultation separately so that either category patients need not wait. The average wait time after first come first serve is 1-1:30 min. Doctor is great , methodology for diagnosis is perfect. Will recommend doctor for perfect analysis of any problem you may have.

As far as consultation with doctor is concerned, it is good. But appointments can be scheduled in a better manner. Once I have to wait for more than 2 hours and the receptionist forgot to include my name in the list.Only when I intervened, she wrote my name and i got to met the doctor AFTER 4 PM although i came in the hospital at 11:20 am

Infrastructure : there are different blocks of this hospital. Some are old blocks and some are new. The new private OPD buildings are made well according to the requirements of the hospital. It has all facilities. Every block is fully air conditioned and fire safety.
Medical care : Many of the best doctors are practicing in sir Ganga ram hospital. There are many specialist. cardiologists , neurologist, dermatologist, etc. The hospital is very clean and hygienic.
Staff attitude is good. They help you with at most care. The nurses are cooperative.
Overall a good hospital with little expensive.
