Office staff is very unprofessional and rude specifically Racheal. Through her they are going against the 21st Century Cures Act, which is a federal ruling and withholding my lab results until my appointment. I like to be prepared before my appointment. She didn't tell me this until she got fed up with trying to get in contact with Labcorp lab that was out of area. I gave her specific directions on how to get a hold of them, even gave them the direct number. She called in a nasty tone and said I would not be getting my lab results.
