I was trying to make an appointment for my daughter and a lady named Zoila was so rude, I was returning her call and she started telling me that I can't leave more messages in her voicemail because she has to call people according to the order of the calls, when I was just returning her call, and when I did return her call, she started to treat me like I was doing something wrong and I did not want to tell her anything and I hung up the phone, I was in shock how she treated me then she called me back totally different leaving a message that she was trying to give me information about my daughter when it was totally false. My daughter suffer from depression and anxiety and I was so in needed that somebody could help me, this so sad. She never told me anything to help me, just telling me what not to do, by the way I just left one message and the other one was to returning her call. I am going also make a review on your platform cause people need to know what an awful service you guys have.
