Dr. Herrmann was the best rheumatologist I had ever found when he was with Honor Health. I was more than happy to make the two hour drive from Tucson to Phoenix to see him. Once he switched offices to AARA everything changed. I was cast off and told that I could go back to Honor Health and get help from someone else. I never got to speak to the doctor or his nurse. I have an infusion that's supposed to happen in 2 weeks and now I have no doctor. I need a new prior authorization for my new insurance and I have nobody to send it through. I don't believe my new insurance accepts honor health so I am truly on my own. At this point I would like to thank Dr. Herrmann for giving me the renewed inability to walk. You said you would fight for me and you did nothing but turn your back. I suppose it's not worth fighting for one patient when your workload just increased so much, right? Dollar, dollar bills, Y'all. After stringing me along for 4 days I didn't even get a call back from the doctor. I guess it's easier to hide behind the office manager.
