Born in Houston, Texas, Dr. Taylor attended Brooklyn College in New York for her undergraduate studies. She earned her medical degree and completed both her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn. Dr. Taylor concluded a Fellowship in Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at Wilford-Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Taylor served in the United States Air Force, retiring as a Major. She was deployed as a Critical Care Physician in Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. Most recently, Dr. Taylor has been working as the Medical Director of the ICU at Wyoming Medical Center. Board certified, her clinical interests include pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine. Dr. Taylor firmly believes that high-quality patient care not only requires competence but compassion and caring.“I will be your advocate while being compassionate and respectful of your individual philosophy on life and management of your disease.”When not working, Dr. Taylor enjoys horseback riding, hiking, traveling and reading.
